What this all means is:
1) Eliminating your desires - Be desireless
Women can tell when all a man wants to do is get her in bed. They smell it faster than dog poop in the car. NEVER try to impress a woman. If you can spend some time with her without even thinking of banging her, then she will wonder about you. Why is this guy not sexually attracted to me, RIGHT NOW? What's wrong with ME? And then she will get interested...and she will pursue YOU.
2) Be excellent in her presence - Be excellent at a specific skill
This is pretty concrete. In order for her to think you are a man she wants to be with, you have to impress her without appearing to try. Look, I don't mean you should try doing idiot, phony alpha-male stunts to impress her with with your toughness. What I mean is, you should find something you are really good at and let her see you do this. DO NOT draw attention to what you are doing. Just let her see you do it. If you have a strong talent, be alert for opportunities to quietly display it.
3) We pursue that which retreats from us - Be gone
College chicks get bored real easy. If you act like her little puppy dog, (or her little male girlfriend) then she will get bored with you and start looking for a more challenging guy. Always leave any situation five minutes before she is ready for you to go. End every situation with a good-looking chick earlier than she anticipates...and leave her wanting to spend more time with you.
And also remember both guys and chicks want to have sex, we just work on different timetables. They want it like 15 minutes after we do, so if you can hold out for twenty, she will be chasing your scheming butt for five.
